Tupelo Psychiatry Clinic To Celebrate Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting

June 1, 2022, Tupelo, Mississippi

Newly opened Arise Psychiatry will mark its official Grand Opening on June 7, 2022, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its downtown Tupelo location. Joining in the ceremony will be the Tupelo Community Development Foundation, Arise Psychiatry team members, and Relias Healthcare leadership and team members.

Arise Psychiatry is a patient-focused, physician-directed therapy center that provides comprehensive medication and therapy services to address mental health needs for an array of patients. “I am proud to lead a clinic that provides great care and puts patients first,” said Dr. Johannu Lu, Arise Medical Director, and board-certified psychiatrist. “Arise is a clinic where patients feel at home and comfortable. When someone walks through the door or if we’re visiting on the phone or computer, we know who they are.”

Arise Psychiatry is a subsidiary of Relias Healthcare, a healthcare solutions company founded and headquartered in Tupelo.

“I’m so proud to have a clinical and care team that emphasizes a “patient-first” model of care,” said Joe Johnsey, MD, Chief Medical Officer of Relias Healthcare. “Each patient is an individual and has particular needs. Our Arise team wants to help our patients move past the stigma of mental healthcare and encourage how good mental health can be beneficial in all aspects of their lives. I look forward to sharing some more exciting plans in the coming weeks for how Arise will change the face of mental health in our communities and improve the lives of our patients and their families.”

The ceremony will be at 111 S. Spring St, Floor 2, in Tupelo, MS from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.

“Our Arise team wants to help our patients move past the stigma of mental healthcare and encourage how good mental health can be beneficial in all aspects of their lives.”
