Payment

We accept the following insurance: Tricare, Aetna, UMR, and BCBS.

Arise accepts private pay and cash equivalents for services. Pay when you check in for your appointment.

If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours ahead, a no-show fee of $125 may be applied to your account.
